Logging into Dashboard

  I have a blog that is created, set up and functioning. I’m logged into WordPress, but suddenly today am getting an error message that I do not have authorization to enter my Dashboard as an administrator or user. I also get a message that my blog doesn not exist. Please help. What do I do?
