Logging into my account

I need to speak to someone regarding logging into my account. A marketing company was in charge of my blog and they gave me my user name and password when we stopped working together but neither are working. Can someone please help me? My site is theresourcefulmother.ca

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
