Logging into my friends WordPress site

  I am helping my friend with their existing wordpress site. However when I try to log in I am unable to enter a password. How can I log into my friends site?

  Hi there!

  What’s the address of the site you’re trying to access?

  If what you meant is that you’re not able to type in the password box, I’d try the standard browser troubleshooting: clear the cache and cookies, if that doesn’t help, try with all the extensions disabled. If the issue persists, try a different browser.

  Thanks for the link. not sure how I ended up at the wordpress.com help site…
