Logging into my site

Hi
I haven’t logged into my site for quite a while. When I attempt to it says I don’t have a site yet. Even though it has me logged in, knows my name and has my photo. My blog site is still live and I am receiving emails. I just cant get to the site to add a post, amend one etc.
can someone please help me out? total technophobe as well
The site I need help with is actionandadventuresportsuk.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Can you try going to:
actionandadventuresportsuk.com/wp-login.php
And then clicking “log in with username and password” and seeing if that works?
