Logging into WordPress

  I cant seem to log into wordpress. I can only access my wordpress dashboard if i log into bluehost first and then i can access wordpress. I go to the wordpress login and enter my email, then pw, but i get the message that my email is not valid. I have no idea how to fix this problem and cant find any help to fix it.
