logging into wordpress

Hi, I want to update my website but I’m struggling to log in. This happens every time. At first, I logged in via 123 reg but the next time I tried doing that, they said I had to log in via wordpress. Now I cannot log in at all. Obviously, it’s important for me to keep my website updated, but I’m getting tired of struggling to get on it every time I try.

Hi, I am having the same issue. Working on Windows 10, I can log in but it hangs trying to get to the dashboard. Was working perfectly last week and I’ve been unable to log in for the last 3 days to do updates on my site.

@divinechangestherapies I do not see any site, hosted here on WPcom or a WP site connected by jetpack, listed under this username account.
If your site is using the open source WP software and hosted with 123Reg, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
