logging into wordpress in order to update the website

I am having difficulty logging into WordPress in order to access our website. The information I have says the user name is: mountviewweb. However the WordPress site says this is incorrect, and there is no account! This is for our website – http://www.mountviewalf.com

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
