Hi there!
Sorry to hear that you are facing an issue.
Are you talking about the same account, you used while posting this thread? Or is there any other account or site you are having this issue?

Hey, @afreekasantafe.
I saw some people with the same problem today. At this point, I think you may need a staff to have a look on your end and figure this out. So I’m tagging this post with modlook to call their attention. They will step in as soon as they get the chance to see this topic.
Best of luck!

afreekasantafe.org is hosted by GoDaddy.com
Name Servers:
ns26.domaincontrol.com
ns25.domaincontrol.comThat site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get support for it. Also be aware of who the web host is for your site and contact them directly for any hosting issues.
This is wordpress.COM support. We do not provide support for local installs of wordpress.ORG software, or for wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
wordpress.org support
The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support. The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support.Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service -
http://www.afreekasantafe.org is hosted by goddady but it was built on wordpress and so far i have been accessing the dashboardby loggig in through wordpress. I have a number of people who help to maintain my site and this was a good way to get to the page.

it was built on wordpress
It was built using the self-hosted WordPress.org software. That’s not the same thing as the WordPress.com hosting platform.
The site at http://www.afreekasantafe.org/ is connected to WordPress.com via the Jetpack plugin, but that connection does not belong to the account you’re using to post here. This username has never been a user on that Jetpack site in our system.
