  Hi I have just created a new account by mistake because I clicked on an old email to helenkirwan1 dated 18 April 1915!!! I already have 2 websites managed by WP:- http://www.monckton-cottages.com AND http://www.helenkirwan.com. I cannot log into the first one (monckton-cottages) at all . Ive tried everything I can think of during the past hour, clearing my cache, browsing history and some of the other reccomendations. Please could you send me a new user name then I hopefully can also obtain a new password – I need both I need to log into http://www.monckton-cottages.com quite urgently ; Siteground does the webhosting. Please help! Thank you, Helen

  Hi @hahkirwan,

  Both your sites are Self Hosted WordPress sites(only Software) and not WordPress.com(Hosting and Software). To know the difference, have a look at these guidelines:

  WordPress Com vs WordPress ORG

  This forum is just for WordPress.com folks only.

  Your best way to get help is on the Self Hosted WordPress support.
  Also, you can also change the username and password by going to the Phpmyadmin of your Cpanel. Here is the support link and the guidelines to manage it using the Cpanel:

  WordPress org Support

  Reset using PhpMyadmin

  If you still face issues, you might consider contacting your Hosting Provider to help you with getting access to your Cpanel.
