    Hello WordPress. I am unable to login to my site at barbaradoughtycounseling.com. I have tried both email addresses to login and they are not recognized, however, your system picked up that I was trying to change the password and sent an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Need help please! Thank you, Barbara Doughty.

    Hi Barbara,

    Your site barbaradoughtycounseling.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by GoDaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
