  I am experiencing difficulty logging into my dashboard as of late. The connection rarely is made and nearly always fails. Is there a problem with wordpress’s server?

  Hi there,

  Are you a UK user? Please note that as of March 12th, WordPress.com is being blocked for TalkTalk, Sky, and BT Care users. This is the result of WordPress.com being listed on an advisory list with the Internet Watch Foundation. As a result, users of these services will likely have issues accessing their WordPress.com Dashboard. We are in correspondence with the IWF and are attempting to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  Thank you very much for replying. This now makes perfect sense. What the hell are they doing blocking WordPress, a vehicle for free speech, anyway? Sounds non-sensical to me.

  You’re very welcome! I’m not quite sure the details of why we were blocked, but it seems like we are making some progress. So, hopefully it will be cleared up shortly.
