Hello @sitaliphd, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble logging on. I know how frustrating that can be. If you can, could you please confirm that this is a WordPress.com account and not a self-hosted WordPress login? Also what is the site you are trying to access? That would help a lot in getting you up and running.
