  Hi. My email wasn’t working to login and now it does but it’s as though the platform has just created a new account as my site isn’t on my account and the new account has a logo I didn’t add etc. I can view the site I created if I google it but not on my account so I cannot edit it. This is really disappoint as I have paid for subscription on the other account and now it looks like I may have to pay again. Can you please help?

  Hey there,

  What is the URL for the original site you can no longer access to edit? It sounds like you may have inadvertently created an additional account and this is why you are not seeing your site and subscription here. If you can recall your original accounts username you should be able to access it with your password and that credential rather then your email.

  Otherwise the only option for the recovery of your old account may be by following the steps outlined this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
