Can someone please contact me to help with login and upgrading service?
I can log in to my site: advancedsafetymanagement.com But I cannot log in to WordPress. I am using my wife’s login to send this email.
Frustrating that I cannot speak with anyone for help…and can’t even email without logging in…

That site is a DIY installation of the free WordPress software, so it’s separate from the services we offer here:
If you can log in at https://advancedsafetymanagement.com/wp-admin but not at WordPress.com, you may just need to create an account here.
And, if you’re not sure whether you need one, let us know what you’re hoping to do and we’ll point you in the right direction.
