  Hello, i’ve been using wordpress for our company website for awhile.
  Suddenly today, i try to login but my account and password got denied.
  So i tried to reset my password and it says ‘Check your email for the confirmation link’ but no email has been sent out.

  Could you please help me with this?

  Hi, this is the step that might be can solve your issue :

  – try to refresh and clear cache your browser
  – make sure your username and password you hit in column is correct
  – if problem occured, you can try to reset or replace username and password
  through your hosting panel. go to phpmyadmin – user – and replace the
  username and password with new one, and then hit save.
  – try to login with your new credential login
  – hope can solve your problem…

  wpresspro – Don’t forget that this is the WordPress.com forum. The user would not be able to complete step 3 on the WordPress.com managed hosting environment. Your advice is more suited for a self hosted WordPress site – those forums are at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
