  hello. i have a site in wordpress but somehow i can’t log in withe my username and password
  when i want to reset it i don’t get any email from you

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it, and the password reset email isn’t being sent from us – it’s being sent directly from your host’s servers.
