  I’m having trouble logging in. I have two step verification, and it won’t send me a verification code, but I am logging into site.

  Oh, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere so we may not be able to help here.

  If you’re having problems to access the WordPress.com account to which the site is connected (via Jetpack), you can email our Account Recovery team at passwordhelp@wordpress.com. If you, however, are having issues accessing the site directly, you’ll probably want to reach out to your host.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   I will reach out to my company’s tech department. We use an external CMS to upload, but I need to take a post off, which I can’t do without access to the site directly.
