  i sent an invite. He was unable to login because it says that email and username already exist tho it was his first time using it. How can I fix this?

  Hello!

  Perhaps they had an account with WordPress.com that they forgot about? Try having them hit the “Lost your Password?” button on the login page and input their email address or username and see if that helps him to get past it.
