  I haven’t changed my profile information for a long time and now the email on file has been changed and I cannot get into my account. Can I reset it or do I have to set up a new account?

  Hi @kakroening,

  I’m sorry I know it’s such a pain when you don’t have access to an older email address anymore. This page helped me a lot:

  Look for the “Account Recovery” section. Might be easier to just start fresh with a new account but completely up to you depending on how much work you had done in your previous account!
