  Hi, I need to log in to my site, but psychologplus.pl/wp.admin do not work. I get information, when I try to log in to my site to publish something, that:
  Access Denied
  Allow Request
  You have been blocked from entering information on this blog. In order to prevent this from happening in the future you may ask the owner to add your network address to a list that allows you full access.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  If you’re getting blocked from entering your site and you’re the site administrator account, you should reach out to your hosting provider for help here.

  Specifically, that error message is coming from the WordFence plugin you’re using – you will need to adjust its security settings so it doesn’t block your own logged in traffic. You can reach out to WordFence support as well for guidance:
