  Hi Guys,

  Having real problems logging on. I’ve rebooted, I’ve tried different devices, I’ve tested and proved okay and contacted my network provider and all is well. But I don’t get verification sms texts and I don’t have any backup codes left.

  Please advise how I can (a) login and (b) keep my site secure.

  Where are you trying to log in to because you succesfully logegd in to your wordpress.com account sacredsoulmysteries and https://sacredsoulmysteries.wordpress.com/.
  If you have used all of your backup codes, you can create a new set, https://wordpress.com/support/security/two-step-authentication/#backup-codes

  I see that you were able to successfully log in to your account using two-step authentication.

  Hi Fstat,

  Yes I have managed to login via WordPress app and get some codes, but I’m still not getting sms text codes when I try to login into dashboard. The only reason I can reply is by app login and accepting the prompt from app when I try logging into web dashboard. There’s nothing wrong with my device, device settings, cache, reboot or network. This could be an ios15 issue blocking texts from WordPress albeit google verification texts are still arriving.

  What do you suggest moving forward?

  If you’re not receiving our texts, then I recommend contacting your phone carrier and see if they are blocking them.
