  We have a website that we have lost the login and administrator details for. Can you help?

  Your account doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform. So first things first: what site are you talking about?

  Hi Staartmees, the website is https://jubileeplayers.com/ – it’s not my site, I’ve taken over as Chairman of the group and through the years all login details have been lost so we are trying to find a way to gain access so we can update the site. The original administrator has moved to Australia.

  While jubileeplayers.com is hosted with WordPress.com, you’ll need to contact the site owner to grant your administrator access, or transfer ownership of the site and domain.

  If you are the account owner, however lost access, I suggest completing the account recovery form here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
