  I am not able to login and I am not getting an email when I try to reset. I really need to access my site.

  Hi there! Your site inmatesforchange.com is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted at Namecheap.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  Are you requesting the password reset from your site’s login page? If so, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site if that password reset is not working.
