I can’t log in to the domain name reclaimedesignuk.org as despite payment being recieved I have not received a password. I did ask for support but received no email notification and cannot now find the thread as it was weeks ago, please help. My email address that I should have registered is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Hi @reclaimeddesignblog, I actually don’t see any domains or upgrades on your account. Are you logged into the account you used to create buy the upgrade?
Also, the domain you mentioned does not seem to be registered yet. If you’re positive it’s registered, can you confirm the domain? Otherwise you’d be welcome to buy it here: https://wordpress.com/domains

Where did you buy reclaimedesignuk.org? It seems you didn’t complete the process as a search in http://www.whoishostingthis.com/ says that domain hasn’t been registered yet. If you bought it here in WordPress.com, to view which domains you own, you can check them in https://wordpress.com/my-domains. You should see your WordPress site (reclaimeddesignblog.wordpress.com) and any other domains you have bought with WordPress.com -
