  I can sign just fine into my word press and see my reader and ‘my site’ However, when I try to customize my theme, it opens a new tab and asks me to sign into wordpress again. It tells me my password is wrong. I tried using the same one that worked minutes before into wordpress and several others I often use and nothing words. Then it won’t let me reset my password because it says they don’t have access to my email. but I get emails all the name. Email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) username is hansjean, and domain is therookiewife.com Thank you.

  It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

  With that being said, you could try clearing your browser cache or manually resetting your password. I personally prefer using phpMyAdmin, but other options are available as well:
  https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password.

  If you continue to have trouble with this, I recommend getting in touch with your host (it looks like Bluehost) or checking the WordPress.org support forums:
