You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
If you are not logged in under that account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.

Why would you keep doing that? Didn’t you get a confirmation email after changing the password?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You can create one gravatar for every username account that applies to all blogs registered under the same username account and email address.

The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.

What account’s password are you trying to reset?
I see only one successful password reset attempt on the account you’re using to post here, and the fact that you are able to post here means you are successfully logged in.
If you are having trouble resetting the password for another username, please give me that username and I can see what I can do to help.
