Login Access – Password Reset to Dashboard

  I have forgotten the password to my dashboard and I need to update my site. I use the reset password tool but never seem to get an email back with the reset link. Very frustrated. Is there a support number to call?

  It looks like your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site. The forums here are only for sites hosted with WordPress.com

  It would be best to ask for help in the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums.

  Please confirm which site you’re trying to access. Is it eservicecorp.ca or a different one?

  Resetting your WordPress.org password is a different process from resetting your WordPress.com one. The site you’ve listed is not working right now. More importantly it is not using the managed hosting environment we offer at WordPress.com.

  Hello, I am referring to http://www.eservicecorp.ca/. I need to gain access to our dashboard to update content urgently. The password reset doesn’t work.

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  They have a few options for this at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
