Login Account failure

  Hi, first I would like to let you know that I am under my account with this name because I can’t sign in under as the other name (derpinasplumbobs).

  My issue is: I created the user name for derpinasplumbobs JUST last night, I’ve tried signing in this morning with the name many many times and it said that I was not registered when it was fully working last night. The link to derpinasplumbobs is up, but they won’t let me sign in. Could you help me out please.
  Ps: I’ve also tried resetting the account, but that didn’t help either.
