Login Account name not working

  Hi

  I took over a WP web site (dancessensestudios.com) which is hosted on Go Daddy. The guy that ran took off and it has left the owner in a precarious position.

  When I go to the WP login page, the username and password are stored on Go Daddy, but the username is showing unknown when I try logging in to the WordPress site.

  What can I do to resolve this? Thanks

  For a self-hosted site you’ll need to post on the WordPress.org forums. On this forum we’re only able to help with free WordPress.com blogs and staff here also don’t have access to self-hosted WordPress sites.

  You can find the WordPress.org forum here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.
