Login and password reset issue

    I am unable to login on my blog. I’m also not getting any email while resetting my password on the registered email address.

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you reset your login for your site.
