Login, and product options

    First of all I cannot log in to wordpress.com with the right account. I have cleandcllc as the username for some domains I purchased with wordpress ecommerce… however when i used this email it takes me to this blog from years ago and I don’t see my ecommerce site. when I enter cleandcllc it says that user does not exist, but that’s exactly what the login shows under wp-admin page.

    Second I’m trying to use the product pricing options and getting confused even with documentation. I’m trying to get a price to update automatically as you change the options. How do you achieve this? Thanks

    I was hoping this would be a chat… see it logs in with this account, which doesnt have ecommerce, so doesnt have chat support…. this is pretty aggravating.

    Hi there,

    What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?

    No account with the username, cleandcllc has ever existed on WordPress.com. It’s also not possible to have more than one account using the same email address on WordPress.com.

    It sounds like you might have a stand-alone WordPress site at another hosting provider, where you use that username and your email for the admin user account on that site. That admin user account has no connection at all to WordPress.com, but exists only on that specific site. To log into that account, you need to go to {yoursiteURL}/wp-login.php – logging into WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/log-in will not give you access to the dashboard of a site hosted somewhere else.

    If you’re not able to log in, contact your hosting provider directly for help.
