Login authenticator reset device lost app

Hello
I have a site which I was building.
I lost access with the owner email after I reset my phone. I backed up microsoft authenticator and transferred Google QR codes but the apps didn’t migrate my data, Microsoft Authenticator instead backed up empty data.
I have done this before successfully, but this time I lost the authenticator codes.I have the telephone numbers, and email addresses. I have managed to recover most accounts on that authenticator app using alternative methods. I don’t seem to have saved the recovery codes anywhere from WordPress, though I saved a lot of account recovery codes somewhere.
I am still logged in on one browser, and was able to add another email address as administrator (this account) to continue with the site. But I would like to recover the original email as owner.
In short, can I recovery my account using my original email address and telephone number?

I see you are able to log in to your WordPress.com account, so you should be able to access the site you see here: https://wordpress.com/sites
Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed there? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
