Login backup code not going to my phone

  Had to make a secondary account just to post this.

  I can’t log into my account. I don’t remember enabling two-step verification, and yet I’m prompted for the code. I can’t do that, so I request a backup code via text. I’ve tried that about five times and have not received a text.

  How can I contact WordPress’ team to get some help here?

  Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
