login blogs

I would like to know how to best determine which templates allow for a viewer to log into what will be my new blog. I am interested in bringing my following to my new blog. Right now they are as members to my website that acts like Facebook. Do WordPress templates allow for such?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

you need to invite people as contributor, author , editor or administrator
for enabling them to logging in your blog -
@adrienneunae – Do you want a private site for viewers only? If so, you can do that with a Private site, but you will have to invite your viewers to join and they will have to create a WordPress.com account if they don’t already have one. You can have an unlimited number of viewers.
You can read more about creating a Private site here. You want Option 3: I would like my blog to be visible only to users I choose http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
and how to invite viewers:

@shlokinani- what you have referenced is for inviting someone to publish a post on one’s site, not to view only. That’s great for multi-author sites but one must be cautious about assigning user roles. This is especially true when assigning another Admin, as this gives them the right to do absolutely everything on the site, including deleting it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
