login bug

I’m having a weird bug. I own and host girlpile.org. I know my username and password and I know they’re right because when I log in to the wordpress app on my iphone X it works fine and I can edit my site. But when I try to use that same username and password to log in to wordpress on my computer it says it’s the wrong password. Also, when I go to [my site].org/wp-admin , which I think should let me log in to edit my site, it redirects and says ‘This page isn’t working [my site].org is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500’ What is going on? How can I get in to administrate my site?

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by Midphase. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
