login confirmation codes not working

  the login codes are not being recognised.

  also, this strange thing is appearing in top left hand corner

  Is this on the site, studyexplore.com? That site is not hosted on our servers, so we don’t control the login details for that site. That is controlled from your site’s database or by your hosting provider.

  Please post in the self-hosted forums for help with this. The users there are more likely to have experience with this type of issue:
