login confusion

I can’t login to my account to update my credit card. It says I’m logged into the site that my original site (that needs the updated info) re-directs to. I can’t figure out how to log out of that one and get into original site. WordPress login doesn’t seem to recognize my original site. How can I call someone and do this over the phone????

You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here with that site at all. We provide support only for blogs hosted by wordpress.COM and no others and that site is not one of them.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
