login corruption

Hey can anyone help me? After reaching out to a 3rd party that wants to charge me for help, they told me that my problem is login corruption. after activating the plugin jetpack I’ve been brute force logged out of my admin page. I was told that wordpress directly could help me but i cant find an email or a number to call. I have ipage as my hosting and i can log on there but cant edit any info to fix brute force thing. does anyone have any suggestions?
