  Hello,

  We have a wordpress website http://www.cdndistribution.co.uk which has wordpress for its back end.

  We used to have a Web developer that managed our website and WordPress, however he has since vanished and we have no way to edit our site.

  Just wondering if you have the ability to default our credentials so we can login, I have requested a password reset but have a feeling it has more than likely gone to the developers inbox.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated,

  I checked your site and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:

  I would contact the site host and see if you are able to recover the site. Hopefully, you can provide them with information that will prove ownership.

  Thanks for the clarification,

  The website is not something I deal with and it was passed onto me by my manager.

  I will try and contact the host too see if they can help me in anyway,
