hello,
I am trying to access our wordpress site but it appears the reset password function is not working or i have forgotten something. Our website is http://www.esc.ie and i was under the impression our wordpress login was tied to my email – i have tried to login to our wordpress site but the passwords i thought it would be but no success, i have tried to reset the password but i received no password reset link. I do have this colinesc site WordPress account but it says we have no website associated with it? Can you assist with regard to login to our website information?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
