  Hi!
  I helped a friend creating a website and I kept all the login details from both the hosting site (which is not wordpress) and wordpress. But I had a problem with my laptop a few weeks ago and have lost loads of information. Neither of us can remember which email account the web was associated to…So we don’t know how to retrieve the login details :(
  Any idea how to find out??

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for help here. They can get more information from you regarding the site and will have access to help you regain your login information.
