  Hello,
  I have forgotten the login details for my wordpress site. I have tried both of my e-mails but it doesn’t seem to be working. Can you send an e-mail to the account associated with my website??

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  That site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers so staff here can’t help you log in to your site.
