Login details lost

    I’m trying to login and for some reason I can’t. I’ve tried logging in and been locked out several times. I was working on my webesite the last few weeks and it’s locked me out. I don’t have any of the id information I need because someone else made my website to start with. How do I rest my username and password.

    I’m sorry to hear this has happened. Fortunately, it should be able to be resolved! Here’s a link to guide you through recovering your account information. If you have access to the email the account is linked to you can follow that suggestion, otherwise there is also an account recovery form that can be filled out.
