Somehow, I am unable to log into my site. It was working fine a couple days ago but now it’s saying I need permission from an administrator, which would be me. Could you kindly look into this please? The domain should be: thekitchentalent.com but I believe I currently have a temp one connected to the site which is: http://box2529.temp.domains/~thekitw7/
WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Unknown
Correct account: UnknownThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

rijasrasheed.wordpress.com is NOT what I need assistance for. It’s: thekitchentalent.com

Hi there,
I do not see any domains under your @filippoali WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that thekitchentalent.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @filippoali login. If you do not recall how to log in to your other account you can fill out the form here to get assistance from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you have access to the correct account we will be happy to assist you further: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

Hey,
Thanks for getting back to me. I purchased this through Bluehost. Does this change anything? Up until now I was able to manage the site using my existing login so unsure why all of a sudden it doesn’t work. I also just have this account so it can’t be possible that it’s under another.
Thanks

Hi again,
To clarify the domain thekitchentalent.com was purchased through WordPress.com, but is under a different user account, and not your @filippoali login.
We are not connected to Bluehost (they are an independent provider of WordPress.com sites) but you do have the option to connect thekitchentalent.com to that provider if you wish. To do that you will need some info from Bluehost — their domain name server (NS) addresses — and then you add those to your domain settings on this end to make a connection. That will allow you to replace your temp Bluehost address for your final address.
However, that is not possible to do from under your @filippoali account. Instead you must sign out of this account, and sign in to the account that you purchased your domain under.

Hello
I have tried to submit this form but I am getting this message:
It’s now saying it doesn’t even exist on WordPress?
Could you please look into this.
-
Can you confirm that you have spelled your URL correctly? I see it in your screenshot as
thkitchentalent.comThe spelling you shared with us earlier in this request is
thekitchentalent.comand I can confirm this domain is registered under a different WordPress.com account, but not under your @filippoali login. You can also try contacting our team at passwordhelp[at]wordpress[dot]com directly.

Apologies, my mistake!
But it’s still not letting me submit as the transaction id is “invalid”.
I never purchased this through wordpress so I don’t have a wordpress transaction id. Only Bluehost.

We’ll reach out about the transaction ID, since we wouldn’t want you to share that here in our forums. Talk to you soon.
