  Hello!

  I have a client who is struggling to accsess their website, when we type in login details we get an error that its not recognizing this account. So could you confirm that the user email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  I am not finding hjhradgivning.com registered in our system here at WordPress.com. Did the domain get registered already? Or with another domain provider?
