Login Error on first try

  I have just “successfully” installed WordPress on my dot5hosting account. However, when I went to log into it for the first time after I had just finished the installation, I received an “Incorrect password” error. I tried again, then requested a change of password which also failed and then requested a second change of password but I still get the same error. Any suggestions? Thanks
