login fail

I’m having trouble logging into our admin site to manage our website. We’ve tried multiple computers and browsers without success, which points to a server-side issue rather than a browser problem. At the login screen, we have to enter a “math captcha”, but even with correct login credentials and math, the math captcha keeps regenerating because something is preventing the login from completing properly.
We have several security plugins active (including Jetpack, which has brute force protection), one of them might be incorrectly flagging our login attempts as suspicious and blocking access.
How can this be fixed without being able to login?
