Login fail

I cannot get logged in. I absolutely 100% have the correct login AND password. When I try to login, I get the error message ERROR: Invalid username. Lost your password?. When I click ‘lost password’ it says ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address. But when I go to my email from last week that says ‘click to confirm login’ it shows that I DO have the correct login, correct email, correct password. But it won’t let me actually login.
