Login failure

  For the last couple of days i cannot stay logged in, every time i log in, when i get redirected or just switch to another tab on wp, i am logged out. The only way i can write articles through the customization page. (wordpress.com/view/wtinfo)

  But even then when i try to save the document 2/3 of the times i got this text “Updating failed. Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this post.” In these times i have to wait 5 minutes so i could save the text.
  Same with the pictures there is only certain times when i can upload pictures.

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  Ohh thanks it is one of the browser extensions.

  The problem is, that with them deactivated the problem is still there, but in incognito mode i can edit the articles no problem. :)

  I have multiple extensions, and most of them is quite necessary for me, like a contrast mode, for my bad sight, or the grammar checker, because English is my secondary language.

  Are you using any privacy or tracking-blocking add-on? That is the most likely cause here, as those block the cookies we set in your browser to detect that you’re logged in.

  So disable only that add-on, then clear your browser cookies and log back in. Does that work?

  Most privacy add-ons like that offer an option to set exceptions for specific sites, so if you add exceptions for cookies from wordpress.com and wp.com, that should do the trick.

  Nope even when i disable all my extensions it doesn’t work, but i can write in incognito mode so it’s all right.
