Login for Audience to add their picture

  Hello Kind Souls,

  Please recommend me good themes/ plugin that have the ​function for my audience to register/login and upload their own post or pictures.

  There is no ability for anyone except official users of a site with a role above Contributor status to be able to upload images https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  If this were not the case, every spammer and scammer in the world with internet access, including those who love to post porno images would be able to post that crap to your site.

  You cannot create such a site here at WordPress.COM. You have to hire a web host and set up a WordPress.ORG software install for that type of site. See: http://move.wordpress.com
